What is included in a standard yacht charter?
Each charter comes with an experienced crew, essential safety gear, fuel for the journey, and a selection of basic beverages. Details vary by package—for example, sunset cruises offer appetizers and premium drinks, while work charters might include meeting amenities and options for business-scale catering.
How far in advance should I book?
To secure your preferred date, we suggest booking 2–3 weeks early, or even further ahead during busy periods (May–September). For events like corporate gatherings or special parties, reserving your charter 4–6 weeks prior is advised to guarantee availability and allow for custom arrangements.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Safety is our greatest concern. Unfavorable weather as determined by our captain may lead to a rescheduling of your charter or a complete refund. Weather forecasts are continuously monitored, and we'll notify you 24 hours before setting sail if we're anticipating questionable conditions.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Certainly, you're welcome to supply your own provisions and non-alcoholic drinks. We also provide excellent catered options and can create a menu tailored to your preferences. It's important to note, for safety, glass containers cannot be brought onboard.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
Accommodating all clients is important to us. We have yachts with varying degrees of accessibility. We encourage you to reach out to us with your accessibility requirements when reserving, so we can suggest the most appropriate vessel and make the necessary arrangements.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made with at least 72 hours' notice are fully refunded. Those made within 24–72 hours prior to departure are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure will not be refunded unless due to inclement weather or mechanical failures on our part.
